Dig out your running trainers and water bottle at the ready!
As the weather gets brighter and warmer, many people have been asking us to begin a running club. This is ideal as many of our members attend half marathons and marathons throughout the year. With this in mind we will be starting a running club In May every Thursday at 6pm.
All are welcome to attend. Open to all abilities so whether you have never ran before and wish to start or are a more competent runner you can participate!
Various routes will be plotted and distance will be progress over the duration of summer.
More details will be given inside the gym so keep your eyes peeled
