There will now be two TRX classes during the week to help you improve core strength and muscular gain! The additional class will be at 7pm on Wednesdays and as with all other evening classes, you are advised to book in for it.

Come along to the TRX class every Tuesday evening at 6pm for 40 minutes of improving core strength and muscular gain. This class consists of 30 second intervals of body weight movements on a rig and all abilities are welcome!
Come and enhance your speed, strength and stamina in a 45 minute indoor cycling class every Tuesday at 6pm. The spin class provides a fun and challenging workout to loud music for all ages and fitness levels!
