The fitness team have be aspiring to put kettle bell classes on for our members with recent feedback for various classes. After recently investing in a number of kettle bells this is now possible!
Kettle bells date back to around mid 20th century and are an effective tool for many aspects of health and fitness. a vast range of exercises can be done with these pieces of equipment that come in a range of weights.
Kettlebells are fantastic aids for Fitness, endurance, fat loss, and whole body workouts. Not to forget great for core strength, balance, stability and strong joints all come from a result of using kettlebells.
We will be adding in introduction to kettle bell classes following on to beginners classes, full classes and ladies only classes.
