‘WOD of the week’ is designed to do just that!
Lead by Jimmy every Sunday 12pm in the studio, he will lay a routine of exercises to do; altering the variables working with progress measurement in mind.
This class will be ‘crossfit’ orientated some weeks attempting official crossfit wod’s, other weeks adding an FW Twist to them. This class will truly test your fitness levels and help you see the progress you make.
You don’t need to be of a certain fitness level to begin with. Your fitness levels are very individual and its solely about you seeing your fitness levels improve. You aren’t competing with others just yourself. This class is sure to be fun friendly and above all confidence building!
